How to make an Aperol spritz

Mix your drink. Fill wine glass with ice, and add 2 ounces Aperol and 3 ounces prosecco to the glass. Stir gently to combine, then top with club soda.

Garnish and serve. Add an orange slice and serve immediately.

    One of my all-time favorite summer cocktails. My husband and I drink this cocktail almost every Friday evening to celebrate the weekend, in our garden at sunset. Campari Spritz is good as well, but nothing beats the classic Aperol Spritz.
