The Hotel Nacional cocktail is the signature cocktail of the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. This vintage cuban cocktail is a variation of a daiquiri, made with apricot brandy and pineapple juice to add subtle, sweet tropical flavors. 

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces white rum

  • ½ ounce apricot brandy

  • 1 ½ ounce pineapple juice

  • ½ ounce lime juice

  • ½ ounce simple syrup

  • For garnish: pineapple slice, pineapple leaf

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake until cold and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf before serving..
