- Lime juice – This recipe really works best with fresh squeezed lime juice.
- Ginger beer – We always prefer to buy Fever-Tree brand, they offer a light version of ginger beer that has a remarkable ginger flavor.

How to make an Irish mule
Fill a mule mug with ice. Add ice ¾ of the way to the top of a copper mule mug.
Add whiskey and lime juice. Use a spoon to stir until well chilled.
Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve chilled.
