Rosemary Pomegranate Gin Cocktail

Balancing the bright, sweet and tart flavors of pomegranate with herbal notes of rosemary and crisp, invigorating gin, this rosemary pomegranate gin cocktail is the sophisticated sour cocktail your holiday celebration needs.

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 egg white or aquafaba (optional)
  • For garnish: fresh rosemary


  1. Add cocktail ingredients to a shaker. Cover and dry shake for about 30 seconds.
  2. Remove lid, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and all foam to settle on top.
  4. To serve: garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
