Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
- 1 egg white or aquafaba (optional)
- For garnish: fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Add cocktail ingredients to a shaker. Cover and dry shake for about 30 seconds.
- Remove lid, add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and all foam to settle on top.
- To serve: garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
