This cocktail is refreshing and light, so you can enjoy them all summer long.
You can make one strawberry mocktail or a whole batch of these. You can also spike them after the fact for guests who prefer a cocktail.

Ingredients & Substitutions

Strawberries – You can substitute any fruit puree for the strawberry in this recipe. I think raspberry or peaches would be great in here as well.
Ginger beer – Feel free to use a diet version of ginger beer if that’s what you prefer, or you can use ginger ale for a less spicy version of this mocktail.
Lime juice – Even though limes are a more classic choice for a mule, if you don’t have limes, you can definitely use lemons.

Note: this recipe is for 1 drink, but you should get enough for at least 6 with a small batch of puree.

How to make strawberry mocktail mules

Make the strawberry puree. In a food processor or blender, add 1 pound of strawberries (thawed, if frozen) and blend until smooth. Transfer to a mason jar and store until ready to use.

Mix the mocktail. Fill a highball glass halfway with ice. Add the mocktail ingredients to your glass and stir until cold.

Garnish and serve. Add a lime wheel or slice, small strawberry and top with a cocktail umbrella.
