Toblerone Cocktail

Inspired by the iconic Swiss chocolate, this rum based flip cocktail is made with Baileys, Frangelico and Kahlua. This sweet and creamy chocolate cocktail perfectly mimics the subtle flavors of honey and almond nougat you’ve grown to love with Toblerone chocolates.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces Bailey’s
  • 1 1/2 ounces Frangelico
  • 1 1/2 ounces espresso liqueur
  • 1 ounce half-and-half
  • 1 ounce agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • For garnish: grated Toblerone or other chocolate

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake until well chilled.

  2. Strain and serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
