This sweet and minty candy cane martini is a perfect holiday recipe and it's so good! Garnished with traditional crushed candy cane pieces, this festive cocktail is smooth and creamy with a crisp peppermint finish.
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce creme de cacao
- 1/2 ounce Irish cream
- 1/2 ounce peppermint schnapps
- ½ ounce half-and-half
- For garnish: light corn syrup (crushed peppermint candy canes)
Rim martini glasses with corn syrup and candy cane pieces.*
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cocktail ingredients.
Shake until well chilled and strain into martini glass. Serve immediately.
We used a light corn syrup to rim our martini glasses. This helps the larger/heavier items stick well to the glass.
