This caramel apple sangria is my go-to fall drink when I want something effortless and a little fancy. It’s sweet, crisp, and tastes like a caramel apple in a glass — perfect for Halloween parties, Friendsgiving or just sipping with some friends on a fall night.
- 2 apples (cored and chopped)
- 1 lime (sliced)
- 1 bottle riesling (or other sweet white wine)
- 2 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup caramel vodka
- 1 cup club soda
Mix the sangria. Add the apples, lime, wine, apple cider, and caramel vodka to a large pitcher. Stir to combine and make sure the fruit is covered to prevent browning.
Chill overnight. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the fruit to infuse the wine with flavor. If you don't have time to chill overnight, make sure you have a least a few hours.
Garnish and serve. Just before serving, gently stir in the club soda and serve over ice with a scoop of fruit. If desired, garnish with an additional apple slice.
