This caramel apple sangria is my go-to fall drink when I want something effortless and a little fancy. It’s sweet, crisp, and tastes like a caramel apple in a glass — perfect for Halloween parties, Friendsgiving or just sipping with some friends on a fall night.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples (cored and chopped)
  • 1 lime (sliced)
  • 1 bottle riesling (or other sweet white wine)
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup caramel vodka
  • 1 cup club soda

Instructions

  • Mix the sangria. Add the apples, lime, wine, apple cider, and caramel vodka to a large pitcher. Stir to combine and make sure the fruit is covered to prevent browning.
  • Chill overnight. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the fruit to infuse the wine with flavor. If you don't have time to chill overnight, make sure you have a least a few hours.
  • Garnish and serve. Just before serving, gently stir in the club soda and serve over ice with a scoop of fruit. If desired, garnish with an additional apple slice.
