- 8 mint leaves
- 1 lime wedge + 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
- 2 ounces dark rum
- Club soda
- For garnish: mint sprig (lime wedge)
In the base of a highball glass, muddle mint leaves with lime and sugar until fragrant.
Add rum and fill the glass with ice.
Top with club soda and gently stir to combine.
