A floral and fragrant twist on the traditional mojito. You can now enjoy your favorite gin muddled with mint and lime. Sweetened with a simple syrup and topped with club soda for a little fizz, this gin mojito is sure to please the gin lover in your life.
- Handful of mint leaves (about 10 leaves)
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
- 4 ounces gin
- Ice
- 2 - 3 ounces club soda
- For garnish: sliced limes (fresh mint)
In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the mint, lime juice and simple syrup.
Add the gin to the cocktail shaker and fill partially with ice. Shake until cold.
Strain into two glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish before serving.
