The Hotel Nacional cocktail is the signature cocktail of the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. This vintage cuban cocktail is a variation of a daiquiri, made with apricot brandy and pineapple juice to add subtle, sweet tropical flavors.
- 1 ½ ounces white rum
- ½ ounce apricot brandy
- 1 ½ ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- For garnish: pineapple slice (pineapple leaf)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and strain into a cocktail glass.
