Made with whipped cream vodka, lime juice and RumChata, this key lime pie shot tastes just like the classic dessert from Key West, Florida. This sweet, creamy and tart shooter is sure to be a hit at your next party.
- 1.5 ounce whipped cream vodka
- 1 ounce key lime juice
- 1 ounce rumchata
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Lime wedge (for glass rim)
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
Swipe the edge of each shot glass with the lime wedge. Them dip in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice and rumchata with ice. Shake until cold.
Strain into prepared glasses and top with whipped cream before serving.
