Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a love potion cocktail. While it won’t actually make someone fall in love with you, this fruity vodka cocktail features creme de cassis and elderflower liqueur balanced with tart pomegranate juice and bitters.
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces St. Germain
- 2 ounces creme de cassis
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 dashes plum bitters
- 1 strawberry
Slice strawberry in half from top to bottom. Remove greens and shape each half into a heart with a paring knife. Place each strawberry heart on a cocktail pick and set aside.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold and divide the cocktail between two chilled coupe glasses.
Garnish with each glass with a strawberry heart and serve.
