Made with creamy coconut and sweet pineapple juice, tequila blends beautifully into this cocktail to create a refreshing twist on the classic piña colada served on the rocks. This piña colada variation is a great way to mix tequila in a tiki-inspired cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ ounces cream of coconut
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge or lime wheel

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cocktail ingredients. Cover and shake until cold.
  • Strain into cocktail glasses filled with ice and garnish as desired.
