This rhubarb corpse reviver is a simple twist on the classic Corpse Reviver No. 2 cocktail. This refreshing variation incorporates a blend of gin, Lillet Blanc and lemon juice, with the delicate sweetness of rhubarb to creating an elegant that's sure to bring you back to life.
- 1 ounces gin
- 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
- 1 ounce rhubarb simple syrup*
- 1 ounce lemon juice
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Cover and shake until contents are well chilled, about 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rhubarb ribbon.
*To make rhubarb simple syrup: Heat 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 2-3 cups sliced rhubarb and simmer until the rhubarb has softened and the sugar has dissolved. Allow syrup to cool before straining into a storage container.
