White Peach Sangria

This white peach sangria is made with crisp white wine, apricot brandy and sweet, juicy peach nectar. It's loaded with fresh sliced peaches and strawberries then topped with bubbly ginger beer for a refreshing, summer sangria.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (fruit forward: Sauvignon blanc or Gewürztraminer)
  • 1/2 cup apricot or peach brandy
  • 1/2 cup peach nectar
  • 3 peaches (sliced)
  • 6 strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup club soda or ginger beer (for topping)

Instructions

  • Make your sangria. Add the wine, brandy, and peach nectar to a large pitcher. Stir in peaches and slices strawberries. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  • Add some bubbles. Before serving, add 1 small bottle of ginger beer (or club soda) to the pitcher. Serve over ice and scoop some fruit for each serving.
