Baby Guinness shots are made from Kahlua and Baileys Irish cream to mimic the look of a frothy Irish stout, but these little beer shots taste nothing like beer. Instead, they’re sweet and creamy with the taste of a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
- 1 ½ ounces coffee liqueur
- ½ ounce Irish cream (chilled)
Fill a shot glass with coffee liqueur.
Using a bar spoon to layer, slowly pour chilled Irish cream top the shot.
Serve.
