Celebrate your birthday, or any occasion, in style with these decadent chocolate cake martinis. Packed with rich layers of chocolate liqueurs and cake-flavored vodka, this festive dessert cocktail brings a touch of whimsy to any party with sprinkle-rimmed glasses and a swirl of chocolate syrup.
- 3 ounces cake flavored vodka (we used Three Olives)
- 1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
- 1 1/2 ounces Creme de Cacao
- 1 1/2 ounces Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- chocolate syrup (for garnish)
- birthday sprinkles (for garnish)
Garnish your glasses. Dip the rim of your chilled martini glasses into a bit of vanilla frosting and then press them into sprinkles to coat. Set aside.
Mix your martinis. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, kahlua, creme de cacao, chocolate liqueur and half-and-half. Cover and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain and serve. Before straining, drizzle a swirl of chocolate syrup into your rimmed glasses. Then, strain the shaker contents into your glasses.
