Blend your drinks. Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender. I recommend adding the liquid first, followed by the banana and ice. This helps the blender get things going and leads to a smoother drink.Run your blender at a high speed for about 30 seconds, or until the ice and bananas have broken down. If needed, pulse the blender until the drink is smooth. Garnish and serve. Pour the blended cocktail into two highball glasses - or whatever glasses you choose to serve them in - and garnish with whipped cream, banana slice, cherry and a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately
