- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- 3 - 4 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- For garnish: orange slice
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Campari.
In a cocktail shaker without ice, shake the orange juice and salt until frothy (you can alternatively use a milk frother)
Strain over Campari and garnish with an orange slice before serving.
