If you’re planning a party and need a signature drink that feels fancy, tastes like sunshine, and doesn’t require you to play bartender all night, this one’s for you. Meet your new favorite drink dispenser cocktail: Grapefruit Lavender Rosé Party Punch. She’s light, floral, citrusy, and just the right amount of boozy.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vodka
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/4 cups lavender simple syrup
  • 6 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 750-mL bottle rosé wine (preferably sparkling)
  • 1/4 cup grenadine

Instructions

  • Make the lavender syrup. In a small saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring it to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons dried lavender.
Allow the syrup steep for at least 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour. Strain the lavender and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Mix the punch. In a large drink dispenser or punch bowl, combine vodka, water, lavender syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice, wine and grenadine. Gently stir until everything is well combined.
  • Garnish and serve. Display drink dispenser or punch bowl alongside a bowl of grapefruit slices and ice. Serve each cocktail over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
