- 1.5 ounces bourbon
- 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce hibiscus syrup
- 1 lime wedge
- 3 - 4 mint leaves
- For garnish: mint sprig (lime wedge)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1 lime wedge, a few mint leaves and the simple syrup until fragrant and the juices have been released from the lime.
Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker and fill with ice. Shake until cold, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
