This simple, Irish mule recipe is the St. Patrick's day cocktail you didn't know you were missing. Made with Irish whiskey and fresh squeezed lime juice, served over ice and topped with ginger beer, this whiskey mule is supremely refreshing.
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 3/4 - 1 ounce lime juice
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- For garnish: lime wedge
Fill a copper mug with ice.
Add whiskey and lime juice. Stir until chilled.
