The Malibu bay breeze is a tropical twist on the classic bay breeze cocktail. This summer cocktail combines smooth, creamy coconut rum with the vibrant flavors of cranberry and pineapple juices. Served over ice and topped with a cherry, this is a perfect poolside cocktail!
- 2 ounces Malibu coconut rum
- 4 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Pineapple slice (for garnish, optional)
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish, optional)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add coconut rum, pineapple and cranberry to the shaker.
Shake vigorously until contents are well chilled.
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Strain contents of the strainer over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
