- Malibu – You can use any brand of coconut rum for this recipe, Malibu is what we used for this recipe.
- Pineapple juice – The lovely foam in this cocktail is created when the pineapple juice is shaken well in the cocktail shaker. If you are not getting enough foam, keep shaking.
- Cranberry juice – It’s what gives this cocktail it’s pretty pink hue, but it also adds a crisp, tartness creating an additional layer of complexity.

How to make a malibu bay breeze
Fill a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake. Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker until contents are well chilled.
Garnish and serve. Strain and serve over ice, garnishing with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

- 4 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- Pineapple slice (for garnish, optional)
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add coconut rum, pineapple and cranberry to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until contents are well chilled.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Strain contents of the strainer over ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
