The Midori illusion is a tropical, vibrant cocktail made with melon liqueur, vodka and sweet pineapple juice . Shaken and served over ice, like your favorite margarita, this mixed drink is refreshing and electric green.
- 1 1/2 ounces Midori
- 3/4 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- For garnish: fresh pineapple leaves
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add ingredients to shaker.
Cover and shake until well chilled.
Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaves before serving.
