Mini beer shots are made from Licor 43 and cream to mimic the look of a frothy beer, but these little beer shots taste nothing like beer. Instead, they're sweet and creamy with notes of smooth vanilla and spiced citrus.
- 1 ½ ounces Licor 43 (chilled)
- ¼ heavy cream
Pour Licor 43 into shot glasses, they should be about ¾ full.
Using a bar spoon, slowly layer heavy cream on top of Licor 43.
Use the back of a bar spoon to help slow pour heavy cream, you want to make sure not to touch the Licor 43 with the spoon as you pour.
