Created by accident, the negroni sbagliato is a variation of the classic negroni light and bubbly. It's a great alternative to its traditional counterpart, but still features those bitter and sweet undertones from the Campari and vermouth still shine bright.
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce prosecco
- For garnish: orange peel
Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
Add the Campari and vermouth and stir with a bar spoon to chill - about 30 seconds.
Top with prosecco and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with an orange peel before serving.
