This passion fruit pisco sour is smooth, citrusy, and just the right amount of tropical. The sweet-tart passion fruit gives the classic cocktail a fun, fruity twist, while lemon juice and pisco keep it balanced and bright. It’s frothy, refreshing, and dangerously easy to sip.
- 2 ounces pisco
- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- For garnish: Angostura bitters
Dry shake the drink. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously until the egg whites have become light and frothy. You can also use a handheld milk frother to make this step easier.
Shake the cocktail. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until the cocktail is nice and cold.
Garnish and serve. Strain into a couple glass and garnish with three dots of angostura bitters. If desired, use a cocktail pick or toothpick to swirl the dots.
