This passion fruit pisco sour is smooth, citrusy, and just the right amount of tropical. The sweet-tart passion fruit gives the classic cocktail a fun, fruity twist, while lemon juice and pisco keep it balanced and bright. It’s frothy, refreshing, and dangerously easy to sip.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pisco
  • 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • For garnish: Angostura bitters

Instructions

  • Dry shake the drink. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously until the egg whites have become light and frothy. You can also use a handheld milk frother to make this step easier.
  • Shake the cocktail. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until the cocktail is nice and cold.
  • Garnish and serve. Strain into a couple glass and garnish with three dots of angostura bitters. If desired, use a cocktail pick or toothpick to swirl the dots.
