- 3/4 ounce gin
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce passion fruit liqueur
- 3 ounces prosecco
- 1 ounce lemon lime soda
- 1/4 teaspoon edible glitter (optional)
- 2 pineapple leaves (for garnish)
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add gin, Aperol, passion fruit liqueur, and lemon juice. Stir for about 30 seconds, or until well chilled.
Top with prosecco, soda and edible glitter. Gently stir to combine.
