Made with fresh pineapple juice and poblano liqueur, this spicy pineapple margarita is an exciting, tropical twist on the classic tequila cocktail. This refreshing margarita is served on the rocks and garnished with fresh jalapeño and a salted chili rim.
- 3 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce ancho reyes verde liqueur
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce agave nectar
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- For garnish: chili lime seasoning (coarse salt, jalapeño slices, pineapple slices/leaves)
Rim 2 margarita glass with chili lime seasoning and fill with ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add margarita ingredients.*
Cover and shake contents until well chilled.
Strain into prepared glasses and garnish as desired.
