Take a trip to the tropics with the tipsy mermaid – a beautiful, colorful drink featuring flavors of pineapple, melon liqueur and blue curaçao. This tropical rum cocktail is as fun to make as it is to drink. Garnish with a lime and cherry before serving.
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 ounce melon liqueur
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce blue curaçao
- For garnish: lime wedge (maraschino cherry)
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add white rum, melon liqueur and pineapple juice. Stir until cold.
Using the back of the cocktail spoon, gently pour the blue curaçao down the side of the glass to create a layered effect.
Garnish with a lime wedge and cherry before serving.
