Ingredients
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- For garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, Aperol, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until cold.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
Notes
Egg white/dry shake method: Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shake with an egg white. Shake for about 30 seconds. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold. Strain into cocktail glass.
