Ingredients
- ¾ ounce hot honey
- ½ peach, chopped
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces bourbon
- Splash of ginger beer
- For garnish: peach slices, fresh mint
Instructions
- Add peaches and honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle until soft. Add bourbon, lemon juice and ice to the cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until cold.
